What's in the app
- The Workout tab starts a live session β empty (add exercises as you go) or from a plan β with a backfill form for past days tucked underneath.
- Exercise-name autocomplete from a shared catalog, with a typo check before a brand-new name is created.
- Effort tracked as RIR (reps in reserve) per exercise.
- "Last: 3Γ10 @ 60 kg" hints show what you did last time, in both logging modes.
- Session notes, and a date picker tucked behind "Date Β· Today".
- Start any plan β per-set checklists pre-filled with suggested weights and reps.
- Checking a set auto-starts the rest timer; the sticky countdown chip is tappable β skip it, or add 30 s.
- The screen stays awake for the whole session, so the rest alarm always fires.
- β/+ steppers nudge weight by a plate increment and reps by one.
- Add sets or whole exercises mid-session; the workout survives reloads and can be resumed from any tab.
- A summary with total sets, duration and notes before anything is saved.
- Reusable plans with structured targets: sets, rep range, weight, RIR.
- Auto-progression: hit the top of your rep range and it suggests +2.5 kg (+5 kg for lower body).
- Miss the rep floor two sessions running and it suggests a 10% deload.
- Weightless moves (pull-ups, dips, planks) progress by reps instead.
- Suggestions are pre-filled for you to accept or edit β never applied silently.
- Per-exercise charts β top set, estimated 1RM, session volume β over 3 months, a year, or all time, spaced by real dates.
- A one-line verdict above the chart: "+12.5 kg (+18%) since 5 Mar".
- Estimated 1RM ignores sets above 12 reps, so high-rep pump work can't fake a strength PR.
- π PR badges on the feed for heaviest weight and best estimated 1RM.
- A records trophy case per exercise, with how long since your last PR.
- A calendar of workout days with emoji, plus longest-run and total counts.
- "This week" dashboard on the home tab: your sessions vs goal side by side with your friends', plus the week's PRs from everyone.
- A shared activity feed of recent workouts.
- Friend profiles: their calendar and workout history.
- Weekly goals are personal β everyone is measured against their own target, no rankings.
- Rest timer with presets, custom seconds, sound and vibration.
